Processing Time
Each of our suncatchers is handcrafted to order in our Lithuania studio. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare, quality-check, and pack your order before it is dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We use Lietuvos paštas for all deliveries.

Lithuania: 2–4 business days

European Union: 3–7 business days

United Kingdom: 5-9 business days

* Please note: These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

** International Shipping & Customs Please note that for orders outside the European Union (e.g., UK, Norway), import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.


Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your suncatcher’s journey to your home.
